In these roles, she has led initiatives that include developing health and welfare budgets exceeding $50 million, launching compliant multi-state and international retirement plans, and negotiating vendor contracts that achieved meaningful cost savings without compromising quality of care.

Jeanne currently serves as Chief Administrative Officer at Cummings & Cummings Law, where she leverages her global experience and cross-functional expertise to support firm operations and drive strategic development.
